Theory & Course Structure

All theory work is completed online in your own time, allowing you to study flexibly around your schedule while progressing at a pace that suits you. Once your theory work and coursework have been successfully completed, your practical assessment will then be arranged.

Assessment Options

At UK School of Piercing, alongside the online theory training, we offer both online and in-person practical assessment options, allowing students to choose the pathway best suited to their schedule, location, and learning preferences.

Online Assessment

Our online assessment option offers flexibility for students training from anywhere in the world. Practical assessments are completed live via Zoom with real-time guidance and support throughout. Students will receive an assessment kit to complete their case studies, with a full comprehensive professional kit provided upon successfully passing the course. This option is ideal for those wanting flexible training while still benefiting from high standards and one-to-one support.

In-House Assessment

Our in-person assessment takes place at our Liverpool studio, where students complete their practical training under direct supervision in a professional studio environment. This option also includes accredited training in Bloodborne Pathogens, Needle Stick & Sharps Safety, Health & Safety in the Workplace, plus one year’s insurance upon successful completion. Ideal for students wanting a more complete in-person training experience with additional qualifications and support.
